Future for young people in Rudozem

The project "Future for young people in Rudozem" established under the scheme "Active", with the financial support of the Youth Employment Initiative and the European Social Fund, aims to change the behavior of young people in the age group between 15 and 29 years who are not in employment, do not study and do not train, also not registered as actively searching work in the Directorate "Labour Office" to the Employment Agency (EA). The provided change in the individuals behavior of the target group, includes to come back them in education system or to training for acquiring professional qualification and / or key competence, with the possibility for future successful realization on the labor market.To achievement this result in the project are provided activities which can be identified the youth with economically inactive behavior to motivated them by qualified specialists and then oriented them to make right choice for professional training with the possibility of subsequent subsidized employment. Further the project provided the training in key competence in the Foreign Language Teaching (English), in connection with the concrete possibility of employment thereafter.
