Network for active inclusion - ENTER - 3

The overall project objective is to identify and motivate active behavior on the labor market of young people aged 15 to 29 years in the areas of Pazardjik, Plovdiv and Sofia region. Specific project objectives are: - To build a pilot network of organizations and institutions working to identify and activate young people aged 15 to 29 years within the three areas; - 90 young people from the target group to return to the education system, to register with the Labor Office, to receive vocational training and/ or participate in subsidized or unsubsidized employment. The project will identify 120 young people from the three areas, all of them will pass a 20 hour course for individual work using the "Balance of competences" model and a specially adapted for the purpose of the project 40 hour "Motivational program ENTER". 24 young people involved in the project will receive vocational training in the professions "Builder" and "Social worker" (the 12 receiving training for social workers will also undergo training in core digital competences). These 24 young people will be employed in 4 partner organizations: - 12 social workers will work for six months within the model "Active social-labor mentors" to support the process of identification and activation in "Fund for Crime Prevention - IGA", "Youth Club Roma - Stolipinovo 1996" and "Equal Start"; - 12 builders will work for six months in “Buildingexpertconsult" Ltd. 66 young people will be directed to return to the education system, registration at the Labor Office, or in forms of subsidized or unsubsidized employment. Information and publicity on the project will be provided by the folds, posters, information boards, site of the project on the site of the candidate www.iga-bg.org, profile of the project on Facebook and two events at the start and end of project activities.
