Identifying and motivating for active behavior on the labor market of inactive young people in Bulgaria

The project provides the inclusion in the labour market of 75 economically inactive young people up to 29 years old in the areas of Pleven and Haskovo, which are not in education or training and activation. It focuses on young people from refugee camps in the South Central Region, on young people leaving social institutions and starting an independent life, socially disadvantaged young people from areas who are willing to learn and work, but they need support to do it. The identification will be carried out through meetings with potential members of the target group. Local mediators and community leaders will be attracted to facilitate communication with young people and to provoke their interest and willingness to participate in the project.The youngsters will go through motivational training for active job search. Persons with refugee status will undergo a training course in Bulgarian language and young people with Bulgarian citizenship will be trained professionally. 57 persons will be employed as welders, helpers in construction, machine operators, seamstresses and others.The target group are economically inactive young people. The project meets the needs of the target group for assistance in their choice of the most appropriate for their sphere of development and other - through the project will connect the needs of the labor market preparation young people about the real dimensions and requirements. As a result of the project will be identified, activated and motivated 75 young people up to 29 years old, 28 of them will go through training in Bulgarian language, 29 - in vocational training and will be included in employment with an employer for six months.
