Creating conditions to be active

The main objective of the project "Creating conditions to be active" is activation and integration into employment of young people under the age of 29 who are neither in education nor in employment, incl. They are not registered as unemployed. Target group of the project are 60 economically inactive young people outside education and training to the age of 29, incl., Who have not received a proposal for training, work experience or training on the job, or pursue further education. With the implementation of the project will be implemented activities to identify and motivate active behavior on the labor market of inactive youth target group with follow-up activities for inclusion in continuous employment and training. Detailed activities identified will be presented in the Methodology for identification. Included in training to acquire professional skills in a profession "Guards" and key competencies will be given the opportunity for employment with an employer. Employers are implementing partners of the project. As a result of implementing 75% of the identified and included in the project young people will be included in subsidized employment with prior training for vocational qualifications and key competences requested by employers. Other young people will be encouraged to register at the directorates "Labour" as jobseekers to use opportunities to engage in operations and other measures of the labor market.
