The Project proposal generates ideas and mechanisms to open 5 new positions in an accounting firm to perform accounting services, tax consulting, and labor and payroll services.The Project addresses the intentions of initiatives in the context of scheduling objectives and priorities of Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2014 -2020.The new jobs are oriented in support of unemployed and inactive persons in the labor market and the transition to economy which is environmentally sustainable and resource-efficient.The team of "Accounting Firm - Evgenia Nikolova" LTD has accumulated empirical experience in managing their own projects and projects of clients of the company, as well as determination, energy and motivated behavior to become part of a complex synergy to achieve the objectives of the OP HRD 2014-2020.It is envisaged to open 5 new jobs based on innovative organizational forms, modern technologies “paperless” management of information and documents, new electronic methods of communication, security and confidentiality.The Project initiatives planned to implement the following activities: 1. Hiring 5 people in the following specific categories of the labor market: - Unemployed persons with low educational level(below ISCED 3) - Unemployed persons above the 54 years of age - Unemployed youths up to 29 years inclusive - Long-term unemployed and inactive persons For the newly hired 5 persons will be provided employment for a period of 12 months. The individuals will be an element of various specific categories of the labor market and various target groups,including from marginalized. 2.Learning for acquiring qualification in part of the profession that corresponds to the positions which they will hold; 3.Learning key competence; 4.Purchase of modern, high-tech equipment, intangible fixed asset for online accounting and economic stock related to the creation of new jobs; 5.Information and Publicity; 6.Organization and project management.
