Equal access to employment, enhanced competences and workplaces with modern equipment

The Project idea is aimed at opening 6 new job positions for the unemployed and / or inactive persons in the labor market, providing them with training on key competences, sustainable employment and workplaces with modern equipment. Main activities, provided in the Project Proposal are: 1. Administration, organization and project management; 2. Provision of publicity, information and visualization; 3. Providing employment to unemployed and / or inactive persons in the labor market 4. Selection of external contractors and delivery of equipment for the new workplaces; 5. Training of employment to unemployed and / or inactive persons on key competency. The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities for different groups of people in the labor market for their inclusion in quality employment. The project focuses on actions for employing people and creating higher and sustainable employment for unemployed jobseekers and inactive persons in the labor market 6 jobs positions will be offered to people falling in the following risk, specific category of the labor market: - Unempled youth under 29 years of age; - Unemployed persons aged over 54 years; - Long-term unemployed and inactive persons. The main idea of the Project proposal is aimed at providing employment, provision of income and sustainable integration of 6 newly hired under the project persons for a period of 12 months and maintaining the employment for at least another 12 months of at least 50% of them. The Project Proposal is also aimed at reducing and preventing unemployment, social exclusion and improving the adaptability of individuals at risk in the labor market. The implementation of the project initiative will increase the competitiveness of unemployed and inactive people to the conditions in the labor market and will contribute to the active implementation of the objectives of the European Union in the field of employment, tackling social exclusion and poverty reduction
