Creating new jobs in the field of tourism in Northwestern Bulgaria

The Project idea is aimed at creating new jobs in the field of tourism in the city of Lukovit, Northwestern Bulgaria. It is planned to open 8 job positions for unemployed and / or inactive people in the labor market seeking realization in the field of tourism. The Project is aimed at creating a higher and sustainable employment for unemployed job seekers and inactive people in the labor market. Jobs will be offered provided for 8 persons falling within the following risk and specific categories of the labor market: - Youths under the age of 29; - Unemployed persons with low education level (below ISCED 3); - Long-term unemployed and inactive persons in the labor market. The main idea and purpose of the Project Proposal is aimed at providing employment, income and sustainable integration of 8 newly employed under the Project unemployed and / or inactive persons for a period of 12 months and maintaining the employment for at least another 12 months of at least 50% of them. The Project provides for implementation the following initiatives: 1. Visualization, information and publicity; 2. Providing employment and hiring unemployed and / or inactive persons; 3. Delivery of equipment for the new workplaces; 4. Organization and management of the Project. The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities and preventing any discrimination against different groups of people, who have fallen in risk groups in the labor market, in order to improve the access to employment, reducing social exclusion and fighting poverty The Project Proposal gives a chance for employment in the small town and invests in the development of the human capital in the region. The Project Proposal is also aimed at reducing and preventing unemployment, social exclusion and to improve competitiveness and adaptability to the conditions of the labor market for unemployed and inactive people, who have fallen into risk groups
