"New work places and sustainable employment in Bilki LTD "

The project "New work places and sustainable employment in BILKI LTD" aims: "To create conditions for sustainable employment, training and career development of unemployed and / or inactive in the field of trade in herbal products." Specific project objectives: 1. To create new jobs for the unemployed and / or inactive persons and young people up to 29 years to work on promising professions and positions in "Herbs" Ltd. 2. Development of knowledge and skills of newly hired unemployed and / or inactive people and young people under 29 years of effective professional development in the field of trade in herbal products. 3. Ensuring a sustainable and long-term employment of newly hired employees. These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: Activity 1: Organization, management and control of project activities; Activity 2: Publicity and visualization of project activities Activity 3: Provide equipment for new jobs in "BILKI" Ltd. Activity 4: Conduct the selection and choice of unemployed and / or inactive to work in "BILKI" Ltd. Activity 5: Employ selected unemployed / inactive persons BILKI LTD Activity 6: Conducting training in "Wholesale and retail" of newly hired sales representatives Through the implementation of these actions will achieve the following measurable results: - About 20 unemployed / inactive people (half of them young people aged up to 29.) Will provide sustainable employment (for min. 1 year) in Herbs Ltd. in the following positions: 15 sales representatives, 3 office managers, 1 label-printing worker and 1 engineer - technologist in food processing. - 15 selected from unemployed / inactive people will be trained in the profession of the "Sales Representative" in "Wholesale and retail" - For the new jobs will be provided equipment and furniture needed for effective implementation of work. - The delivered equipment will be insured for the duration of the project.
