The project aims at creating sustainable jobs for the unemployed and / or inactive people and improve their qualifications by providing professional development through training in vocational training, which will lead to the integration of vulnerable groups in the labor market. This project is entirely directed towards improving access to employment and quality jobs by investing in human capital. Through the implementation of project activities will create conditions for the sustainable adaptation of the labor market for unemployed and / or inactive. With the implementation of a specific project "Vimar" Ltd. focuses on increasing adaptability of unemployed and / or inactive, which will lead to an increase in productivity of the workforce, quality of products and services and increase sustainable economic growth and expansion market position of the "Vimar" LTD. With the opening of the new jobs are intended to widen the scope, quality and efficiency of services offered by "Vimar" LTD products and services. For this purpose is planned to modernize the techniques and technology in the kitchen, through the purchase of modern equipment and conduct appropriate training for new staff to work on the method "Slowly vacuum cooking." To achieve the set objectives will be implemented the following activities: Selection of unemployed and / or inactive; Providing employment in "Vimar" Ltd; Trainings for acquisition and / or improvement of the professional qualifications of already employed persons; Purchase and delivery of equipment to perform the official duties of the newly persons. As a result, the project will focus on providing more opportunities for inclusion of unemployed and inactive people into sustainable employment and training. Combining activities in hiring newcomers employees and training of existing staff and newly retained will enable an integrated approach geared to the needs of the enterprise.
