QUALITY AND ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT

The project will be implemented in Brest, Municipality of Pleven.It includes representatives from the target group of unemployed and inactive persons. from 30 to 54 years old,10 people; persons with disabilities; persons over the age of '54.;youths under 29 including - 2 persons with low education.The project will be implemented by candidate employer with experience in the training and recruitment of unemployed persons in programs of EA.Our goal is to create access to employment and jobs for 20 persons from the target group provided with training in profession"Cobbler" and "Operator in the production of footwear and leather-haberdashery".Specific objectives: 1.Improving access and sustainable integration into the labor market by creating new working places 2.Providing conditions for better integration, inclusion in working life by training and employment 3. Development of the labor market by increasing the quality of new jobs To achieve these objectives is foreseen implementation of the following activities: Information and publicity; To hire 20 persons; Training for the profession; Purchase of equipment; Organization and Management; Completion of the project The duration of the project is planned for 13 months.The main activity of the applicant is footwear production.At the beginning and end of the project will be held press conferences.There are provided promotional materials and publications.Will be recruited 20 members of the target group.They will be appointed for 12 months, 8 people in position "Cobbler"; 8 people - "Tailor shoes"; 2 people - Human"Driver Vans";1 person "Accountant-cashier" and 1 person "Warehouse worker". Will be trained 16 people for the position "Cobbler"and"Tailor shoes" . In the project is provided the purchase of commercial vehicle and 4 production machines. For successful realization of the project is provided project team. Its members have experience in the implementation of projects under OP"DHR".
