"Together for a long time" - creating conditions for sustainable employment in "Varsys" Ltd.

In the execution of its strategic business objectives and in full consonance with the objectives of 'Human Resources Development' Operational Programme VarsysLtd. will implement this present Project which provides for the hiring of three unemployed or inactive persons from the target groups (2 permanent unemployed or inactive person and 1 unemployed or inactive person aged between 30 and 54)at the position as Consultant seller,Computer systems technician and Web site programmer,providing employment and wages for a period of 12 months and the creation of appropriate conditions for the conduct of the professional obligations of the newly employed persons through equipment of three new jobs.After the completion of the implementation of the Project Varsys Ltd will commit to maintain the jobs for a minimum period of 12 months,thus providing employment for a minimum period of 24 months.Successful realization of the project proposal will carry the most positive impact on the representatives of the target group.As a result of the professional experience gained, the new employees will acquire new skills that will make them more adaptable to the labour market and in the long run will be beneficial for their active participation in it.The acquired competences and professional experience will be used by the target group even after the end of the Project.The successful implementation of the project will lead to integration of the on the unemployed persons labour market, the provision of stable employment,raised incomes and business activities and their social integration, subject to the horizontal principles of the EU.
