New jobs

This project proposal focuses on topical issue for our country in terms of unemployment among the most vulnerable groups, providing the opportunity to create five jobs in a company with main activities in the field of accounting and tax services. The project activities will be implemented in the city. Vidin in the region, which is one of the poorest regions in the European Union. In LBD Vidin unemployment is 16% from the beginning of 2015, 50% of registered persons are long-term unemployed. The objective of this project with funds from OPHRD is to create five jobs for five persons, unemployed and inactive persons aged 30 to 54 - 3 persons, unemployed persons with disabilities - 1 person and unemployed young people aged up to 29 - 1 person, purchace of equipment for securing jobs - 5 pcs. computers with accounting software, 5 pcs. office compositions /desk, chair and cabinet documents/ undergoing training on key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" - "English three levels," and the successful completion of all students, providing 12 months of employment for the five persons of position "Accountant" code 24116004. With the resources of the company will then retain employment for three of five persons, the remaining two will have a greater opportunity for the labor market due to undergone language training and knowledge acquired. English language training is necessary because more companies have access to foreign markets and the daily work of the society were documents in English, which must be processed by the accounting officer. The period for implementation of project activities is 15 months during which the rules will be respected for publicity and visualization to clarify the contribution of the European Union for the implementation of project activities.
