"Global car" LTD is a growing company and approved the labor market employer Stara Zagora. Through this project the company aims to create conditions for quality and sustainable employment for unemployed and / or inactive in Stara Zagora. Project activities are planned so that the utmost to contribute to the overall objective of the project. The selection of people who will be provided with employment under the project will be implemented in cooperation with the representatives of the territorial structures of the Employment Agency, it will be ensured and interaction with local authorities to attract suitable candidates for jobs that are currently inactive the labor market. The selected persons will be provided employment for at least 12 months of a scheme to provide grants and at least 50% of them will be guaranteed permanent employment in the company. The aim of the Applicant is at least 50% of newly recruited persons to the following specific categories: unemployed persons with low education; long-term unemployed and inactive persons; unemployed persons aged '54; unemployed youths up to under 29 years.incl. To ensure the quality of the new jobs will be purchased modern equipment, to the position that will be appointed persons to be able to perform quality professional duties. In addition to newly recruited persons will be provided with appropriate training to acquire professional degree. The candidate expects to achieve long-term effect on the target group and the overall activities of the company after the completion of the project activities. The long-term effect will be achieved except through the employability and professional experience in the rapidly growing company as "Globalkar" Ltd, as well as through the accumulation of knowledge and skill set through training project. So the newly unemployed and / or inactive persons will come from a situation of social exclusion and will be able to become valuable footage for the company.
