“New job vacancies in “Zaharni zavodi” AD - Employment and development opportunity.”

This project will be accomplished in the North-Central region of Bulgaria with GDP per capita 30% of the EU average. The project is aimed on the economically inactive people, youth, long-term unemployed, with lower education and without qualification or lack of key competencies, unemployed persons aged over 54. Special attention is paid to the recruitment of young people from 16 to 29 years old. The objectives of the project correspond to the priorities set in the Priority Axis 1 of the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development". The project provides opening of six new work places in "Zaharni zavodi" AD through the purchase and delivery of the necessary equipment and technical means to secure safe work environment. The recruitment of two working positions is planned - "Laboratory assistant" and "Machine operator for confectionery production" and opening of 6 / six / working positions by conducting joint selection with the Department “Bureau of Labor” of persons from the target group 'unemployed and inactive people "and appoint them to the new fully equipped working positions for up to 12 months. The contracted employees on working positions "Laboratory assistant" will pass a training course in key competence KK 4 "Working with computers." In accordance with Decree of Council of Ministers №118 a training organization will be selected and a contract with it will be concluded. Regarding the supply of equipment for the laboratory where the three “Laboratory assistants” will work, all directives of Decree of Council of Ministers № 118 in terms of procedures for the choice of a supplier of the equipment, will be met. The project sets 5 activities. The amount of the project is 78,429.82 BGN, of which 15,685.96 BGN (20%) own funding and 62743.86 BGN grant.
