New jobs for environmentally sustainable economy

The Project Proposal is aimed at creating new jobs and creating a higher and sustainable employment for unemployed job seekers and inactive people in the labor market. Eco Ice Light EOOD is an organization, which through the incentives of procedure "New Workplace 2015" OPHRD 2014-2020 will provide better employment opportunities for unemployed and inactive people in five locations in the country, provision of training on key competence and advanced equipment related to the jobs. Through the Project initiative the candidate will actively contribute to the objectives of EU employment, tackling social exclusion and poverty reduction through creation of new jobs for 14 people falling in various specific categories of the labor market. The Project includes implementation of the following activities: 1. Organization and project management; 2. Visualization, information and publicity; 3. Equipment for the new jobs; 4. Hire of unemployed and / or inactive and employment; 5. Provision of training in key competence; The Project is an initiative aimed at opening new jobs for 14 people in the following risk groups in the labor market: Unemployed people under 29 years of age and long-term unemployed and inactive persons. The main objective of the Project is aimed at providing sustainable employment and income for a period of 12 months of the newly hired people under the Project and maintain the employment for another 12 months of at least 50% of them. Employment will be in the field of Led technology and new jobs to support the transition to an environmentally sustainable economy, resource efficient. The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities and prevent any discrimination against different groups of people caught up in risk groups in the labor market to improve access to employment, reducing social exclusion and combating poverty.
