Arch Media Group is a company that has the following activities: retail and wholesale of interior and exterior doors, covering windows, building materials and systems, and realization of online magazine for architecture, interior design and furnishing, through which the company also make trade activity by selling banners for advertising. The company develops stable business model which has proven its benefits for years. Nevertheless, the company needs to develop its sales in the country and also extend the online magazine s activity abroad, that is to say German, Spanish and English speaking markets. This is a challenge to expand the team and revealing new working places that concern marketing, trade, translating and editor s activity. Arch Media Group Ltd is going to hire 16 unemployed and inactive people through Young, Active, Creative project. 10 of these 16 people are going to be from the defined priority groups according to the program. At least half of the individuals are about to stay employed after the project s end. The project is also about to provide the necessary equipment and inventory for the newly created working places, publicity activities and project management.
