Vistamar is a company specialized in the servicing and trading of marine emergency rescue and fire-fighting equipment since 1992. Our team of experts carries out a wide range of services in our authorized stations in Burgas and Varna and it offers an annual certification of rescue vehicles, boats and equipment, fire extinguishing equipment and systems, designing and building alarm systems and others. The quality of our services is confirmed by successfully introduced in 2000 and maintained and developed System Quality Management DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. With this project proposal "Vistamar" Ltd. applied for the creation of 10 (ten) new jobs. The need for hiring new employees is due to the widening of the scope of activities and the desire to win new customers. In this sense, the specific activity of the company - service fire and rescue equipment allows fully recruitment fall into specific categories according to the application guidelines. Payroll persons will get jobs for the maximum allowed under the project period up to 12 months. The aim of the project is the creation of sustainable jobs for people with difficult realization on the labor market. The fact that at least 50% of employees under the project will remain in service for at least 12 months after the completion of the project will help for its realization. Guarantee for the creation of sustainable jobs is the fact that in Vistamar Ltd. has no staff turnover (below 10%). For these new employees are provided equipment and clothing, which will help for their professional duties.
