New jobs creation in "MODAK" Ltd

The present project proposal aims the creation of new and sustainable employment in "MODAK" Ltd., as a result of the implementation of a number of activities related to the selection of the necessary human resources and employment, ensuring the production equipment and training. Target group: Totally 10 unemployed and inactive people of Kardzhali Municipality and the region, including at least 5 youths not exceeded 29 years and minimum 6 from the following specific categories: - Continued unemployed and inactive person; - Unemployed Person aged over 54 yrs old; - Unemployed youths, not exceeded 29 years ; Activities: 1. Creation of 10 new jobs and ensure sustainable employment. 2. Technical support of the created new jobs, through the purchase of the necessary production equipment and furnishings. 3. Conducting of professional training in a profession 542050 Operator in the production of clothing. 4. Conducting training on key competencies for 10 persons in "Digital competence” and “Communication in foreign languages skills" 5. Publicity and visualization of the project. 6. Management of the project. Planned results (Key Indicators): - unemployed and non-active participants at the check-out operation acquire qualifications – 10 persons - unemployed and inactive players for leaving job – 5 persons; Resistance: Will preserve the employment of at least 50% (5 persons)of the newest jobs, created at the project action, for a period of at least 12 months, without interruption, once the project activities are all complete. Unforeseen circumstances will be considered an exception. The needs of the target group are considered and reflected in the proposal in terms of employment, stable incomes, increased qualifications and competitiveness in the labor market, social cohesion as regards their socio-economic status and development.
