New Professionals in Ka Logik Ltd.

Ka Logik Ltd. is a transport company with a solid background in domestic and international carrier services. The company intends through the implementation of the project to enlarge its team of professionals and to create 17 new and sustainable workplaces for unemployed and/or inactive persons in a region where traditionally are seasonal jobs are offered on the labour market . This will be accomplished via a set of activities within the project. The selection of the people who will be employed will be implemented in close cooperation with the regional branches of the NEA, Technical University - Varna and vocational schools from the region in regard of involvement of potential job applicants who are currently inactive on the labour market. The selected persons will be provided with employment for at least 12 month in accordance with the provisions of the current Call for proposals where permanent employment in the company will be secured for at least 50 % of them. The aim of the Applicant is at least 50 % of newly recruited persons to the following specific target group - 9 long-term unemployed and inactive persons. The intention of Ka Logik Ltd. is to provide permanent employment to all new personnel given that the results and the quality of their work meet company's requirements. In order to ensure the quality of the new workplaces modern equipment will be provided corresponding to the positions on which the persons will be placed. Is the idea of the Applicant is all new personnel to work in a brand new center for in-house diagnostics and repair of motor vehicles located in Devnya. Applicant expects a lasting effect on the target group and in regard to the overall activity of the company following the implementation of the project activities. The company will provide opportunity for employment to persons who are motivated to work and who will have the possibility to establish themselves as professionals in vehicle maintenance.
