Sustainable jobs in ET "Silvia M - Gesho Geshev"

The project proposal draws attention to unemployed and inactive people in the Region of Stara Zagora and in particular to the unemployed up to 29 years old by focusing on their sustainable integration in the labor market through creation of four new jobs in Sole Proprietorship "Silvia - M - Gesho Geshev" for up to 12 months and provide vocational training for 2 of newly employed. The unemployment rate in the Region of Stara Zagora where the project will be implemented in May 2015 was 10.2% compared to 20% youth unemployed in the country for the same period. This proves that for the target group of the project – young people up to 29 years old – there is a need of new contemporary equipped jobs. Qualification and motivation of young people is an important factor for sustainable competitiveness of the company. Therefore, the availability of a workforce with specialized knowledge and skills is crucial to the economic development of the region of Stara Zagora. The objective of the project proposal is to provide sustainable jobs in "Silvia - M - Gesho Geshev" which will improve the quality of life for the people in Bulgaria. Achieving this goal is possible through creation of four new jobs in the company, increasing professional education of new employees and efficient equipment of new working places. The implementation of the project activities will attain the following results: 2 new jobs "Seller-consultant" in the premises of the company and 2 new jobs "Photographic services specialist" for the new activity of the company will be opened. For the new photographic activities of the company new equipment - professional cameras, photo printers and laptop will be acquired. The newly appointed "Seller-consultants" will undergo vocational training.
