Employment - a guarantee for prosperity

The main purpose of the project proposal is the creation of sustainable jobs for unemployed and inactive individuals. The applicant undertakes to open 7 /seven/ new jobs and to preserve minimum 50% of them for a period of one year after the closure of the project. With regards to creating preconditions for successful realization on the labour market, and in particular, for implementation of the goals of this project proposal, the applicant has planned to carry out a training in the Profession “Machine technician”, applicable in different production fields. The specialty “Machines and systems for digital programme control” corresponds to the planned purchase of equipment of the highest technological class, which will be used for the shared job position intended for the target group. The education provides opportunity for quick adaptation to the new job positions and meeting the changes and requirements of the labour market. The equipment planned for purchase is entirely directed towards protection of the environment and support for green growth in the specific production of materials intended for construction of high buildings. In order to provide healthy and safe working conditions the applicant plans to provide employment health care to the employed individuals and a complex of measures compliant with the requirements of the national legislation. In accordance with the requirements of the rules for information and communication, certain information and publicity activities are planned to be done for widespread popularization of the grant funding of the project. In order to create the required conditions for implementation of the project, strict abiding to the requirements of the Managing Authority regarding the reporting of its implementation, the applicant has planned to form a project management team consisting of experts with relevant experience.
