Creating new jobs and new opportunity for professional growth and development

The Project proposal includes measures and mechanisms aimed at creating new sustainable jobs in the fields of accounting and auditing uslugi.Through the incentives procedure "New Workplace 2015" of OP"Human Resources Development" 2014-2020, the applicant will provide better employment opportunities for unemployed and / or inactive, and will create new jobs and will provide them with the necessary equipment and materials. It is planned to be opened four new jobs for 4 unemployed and/or inactive for inclusion in quality employment in the business of the beneficiary, providing accounting and auditing services. Unemployed and/or inactive form part of the following specific categories of the labor market: -Unemployed persons aged over 54 years; -Long-term unemployed and inactive persons. In the Project initiatives shall be implemented the following activities: 1.Organization and project management. 2.Visualization, information and publicity; 3.Hiring of unemployed and/or inactive persons and provision of employment; 4.Purchase of equipment for the new jobs; The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities and preventing any discrimination against different groups of people, who have fallen in risk groups in the labor market, in order to improve the access to employment, reducing social exclusion and fighting poverty.The Project Proposal gives a chance for employment in the small town and invests in the development of the human capital in the region.The Project Proposal is also aimed at reducing and preventing unemployment, social exclusion and to improve competitiveness and adaptability to the conditions of the labor market for unemployed and inactive people, who have fallen into risk groups.Will be provided for 12 persons for a period of 12 m. and maintain the employment for a period of 12 m. of at least 2 of them.The Project is aimed at creating a higher and sustainable employment for unemployed job seekers and inactive people in the labor market.
