NEW PROFESSION - NEW OPPORTUNITY

The overall objective of the project: Creation of sustainable job positions for unemployed and inactive people from Vratsa Municipality. The specific objectives are: 1 / Equipment of workplaces for 22 unemployment people in the company "Mexico-PE-Peter Yordanov" , 11 of which for young people less than 29 years old; 2 / Providing of vocational training for acquiring new professional qualifications of the persons employed within the project; 3 / Maintaining at least 11 job positions for at least 12 months after the end of the project. As a result of the project implementation the following results will be achieved: - 22 unemployed persons will be employed by the employer ET "Mexico-PE-Peter Yordanov" for a period of 12 months; - Workplaces will be equipped for the employees involved in the project; - 16 unemployed persons will acquire professional qualification in the profession "Hairdresser" and 6 unemployed persons - qualification in the profession "Beautician". - At least 11 of the disclosed project jobs retained by the employer for a period of 12 months after completion of the project. In order to achieve the planned results the following activities will be implemented: - Organizing and conducting of tender procedures for the procurement of external services / supplies; - Selection of representatives of the target groups for involvement in the project; - Purchase of equipment necessary for the created new job positions; - Employment of 22 unemployed persons for a period of 12 months; - Vocational training for the employed people under the project; - Activities for information and publicity; - Organization and management activities.
