Disclosure of new sustainable workplaces for a better future at „SLIVEN NET“ OOD

The successful realization of the current project will be a step towards the fulfillment of several needs of „SLIVEN NET“ OOD as well as the need to overcome deficits in the socio-economic sphere, in particular the labor market in Bulgaria. First of all, „SLIVEN NET“ OOD will disclose 4 new workplaces, which enlargement of human resources will improve the quality of the services offered by the organization. This will result in increased competitiveness of the company and will provide new opportunities for expansion of its activities. Second of all, „SLIVEN NET“ OOD will contribute to reducing elderly and total unemployment in the country - for the new workplaces will be recruited unemployed people. As a result of the increased effectiveness and efficiency in business activity of the company will be ensured the sustainability of the project results with long-term preservation of at least half of the new positions. The target group of the project is unemployed persons with priority elders over 54 years old - no less than 50% (at least 2 persons). The main objective of the project is the disclosure of 4 new sustainable jobs for the unemployed persons at „SLIVEN NET“ OOD. Some of the specific goals include purchase of equipment necessary for the formation of relevant jobs, ensuring of favorable working conditions and in-house training aiming to improve the skills of newly hired employees and to motivate and encourage high quality performance of their professional duties. This will undoubtedly increase the performance of the company considering the improved quality of its services. In summary, the activities are aimed to form a relevant management team to ensure the proper project implementation, to identify and recruit new employees and to provide their full integration in the organizational life, and to equip all of the new workplaces with the instruments for their professional role.
