Creation of new quality jobs in "Digit-2005" Ltd.

Digit-2005 Ltd. is a company engaged in a production of clothing and a desire by the project to create 22 high-quality and sustainable jobs for unemployed and/or inactive in Eastern Bulgaria where the labor market is dominate the job opportunities seasonal. This will be achieved trough the implementation of a set of activities within the project. The selection of the people will be provided employment project will be implemented in close cooperation with the representatives of the territorial structures of the LOD, it will be ensured and interaction with the local authorities to attract suitable job candidates who are currently inactive market labor. The selected persons will be provided employment for at least 12 month under the scheme to provide grants and at least 50% of them will be guaranteed permanent employment in a company. The aim of the Applicant is at least 50 % of the newly recruited persons to the following specific categories: unemployed people with low education, long-term unemployed and inactive persons, unemployed persons aged over 54, people under 29 d. incl. Our intention are to keep working all payroll parties in the event that the quality and performance they qualify. To ensure the quality of new jobs will be purchased modern equipment correlated with the positions of which will be appointed persons. In addition to the newly persons will be provided with appropriate training. The candidate expected to achieve long-term effect on the target group and the overall activities of the company after the completion of project activities. The company will be able to work motivated people to establish themselves as security personal in the textile industry. Giving a chance not only for employment, but also improved their qualification and gained work experience, they will continue to work as experienced personal which the company can rely on.
