Support for the Creation of New Jobs in "Alachov" LTD.

Alachov LTD operates in the village of Ujurukovo Municipality of Yakoruda. The company is doing business in the field of retail trade with food products in a commercial site Grocery Store.The grocery store is located in the center of the village, nearby the only school.Although sales revenues are not high, the nature of the goods, which are from daily necessary, as well as social and economic characteristics of the region determine the relatively constant level of revenues and guaranteed sustainable viability of economic activity.The concept of management of the company for future business development is an expansion on the activities by increasing the volume and range of goods throgh expanson of the commersial area and formation of addtional premises for sales. Staff costs represent a significant element in the formation prime costs per unit and the opportunities provided by the present Grant scheme is a stimulus for the employer to create new jobs, which will create preconditions for developing and increasing the economic activity of the company.The present project proposal is aimed to opening new jobs through hiring for 12 months of 6 (six) unemployed and/or inactive persons from the most vulnerable group of the labor market- disabled persons at the age between 30 and 50 years and with low level of education, young people up to 29 years old and persons over 54 years old.In order to provide labor conditions the following goods will be supplied: work clothing and fixed assets: a grocery refrigeration showcase, a mini-bus, video system and a computer system for recording the sales in the shop.Other main activities under the project are Organization and management and activities for information and publicity. All activities are eligible under the Scheme and in compliance in time and in interconnection. The costs calculated for their implementation are real and within eligible values.
