New jobs "ALRO ENGINEERING" Ltd.

The project aims at creating sustainable jobs for unem / inactive and improve their qualifications by providing professional development through training for professional qualification / PC / and key competencies / QC /. This project is entirely directed towards improving access to employment. Through the implementation of project activities will invest in human capital through measures to create new jobs with long-term sustainability. The project proposal provides for conditions to improve the skills and qualifications of 10 without reservations / inactive, and enhance their economic activity, adaptability of the labor market and stable employment. Creation of new jobs "ALRO ENGINEERING" Ltd is geared towards the needs of the target group of labor realization and the right to work by increasing their knowledge and labor skills for the job. In particular project ALRO ENGINEERING focus on increasing adaptability of unem / inactive, which will lead to an increase in productivity of the workforce, quality of products and services as well as expanding the market positions of ALRO ENGINEERING. For this purpose is planned to modernize the techniques and technology in the apparel industry through the purchase of modern equipment and conduct appropriate training for new recruits. To achieve the set objectives will be implemented the following activities: Selection of unem / inactive; Providing employment in ALRO ENGINEERING; Trainings for acquisition and / or increasing the PC already employees; Conducting training KK 2 "Correspondence language" already employed in the project; Purchase and delivery of equipment for the performance of official duties of the newly persons. As a result, the project will focus on providing more opportunities for inclusion of unemployed and inactive people into sustainable employment and training.
