CREATING CONDITIONS FOR SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT AT ANTOAN VILL THOUGH NEW JOB OPENINGS

General objective – to initiate new opportunities for employment of unemployed people, including from risk categories and to contribute for their sustainable integration on the labour market. Specific objectives: 1. Providing employment for 12 months for 10 unemployed persons from the town of Ruse through creating new job opening in the clothing industry. 2. Increasing the chances for sustainable employment of the hired within the project persons through vocational training (VT) and digital competences training (DCT), related to the specific requirements for the new jobs. Target groups of the project: 10 unemployed persons /2 unemployed young people aged up to 29, 4 unemployed persons aged 30 to 54 and 4 unemployed persons aged over 54/. 60% of them are from risk categories. The new opened jobs are 10, and are related to the increased production volume of the company. The positions that the hired persons will occupy are: Tailor/Dressmaker - 5 persons; Clothing technologist - 5 persons. Main activities for achieving the project objectives: Hiring and providing employment for 10 unemployed persons in the clothing industry for 12 months. The candidate will keep 5 jobs of the 50% of the hired persons during the project for 12 months after the end of the project; VT of 10 persons hired within the project, related to their jobs: Clothing production – 5 persons; Clothing construction and modeling - 5 persons. DCT for 5 of the hired persons, related to the specific requirements for the new jobs. The VT and KCT will be implemented during the employment period of the project and will be outsourced. Purchasing equipment, related to the new opened jobs. Expected results: At least 9 of the persons included in the project will successfully carry through the 12 month period of employment and at least and will successfully finish the VT and DCT.
