New jobs in the Ponty Ltd

The purpose of this project proposal is the financial support of OPHRD be disclosed 10 new jobs in a company from Vidin, on the territory of northwestern Bulgaria, Eurostat data is among the poorest regions in the EU. Will hire 10 unemployed persons (long-term unemployed, persons of Roma origin and persons over 54 years) to 12 months in warehouses and grocery shops the company's position: seller and warehouseman. Of newly recruited persons will provide training in four key competence "Digital competence" with a duration of 45 hours. This competence is needed as storage Avail and commercial transactions are conducted on a computer with a special program. The newly created positions will be equipped to enforce labor tasks: low-vertical cabinet, vertical Medium line, mobile terminals with a high degree of protection against dust and moisture, ice and Slicer. After expiry of 12 months work on the project will provide sustainable employment for five of the persons involved and will improve the competitiveness of the rest. According to LO major difficulties in Vidin are: high unemployment - 16%t for the first half of 2015, almost 50% are long-term unemployed, and 60% have a low level of education or unskilled, unemployed over 54 age more than 30% of the total. The city has a neighborhood with roma population (10 000 people) where the main problem is unemployment and poverty. These are the target groups the project. At the same time it increases the need for workers in Ponty Ltd because our customers are increasing because of the high quality and competitive prices of products. There are also new customers in Serbia and Romania, due to easy access, including the bridge Vidin-Calafat. Implementation period of the project is 15 months. During the whole period will follow the rules for publicity and visualization highlights the contribution of the European Union through the ESF.
