Achieving full employment and greater productivity in the "ITA BULGARIA, by opening new workplaces

The main activity of "ITA Bulgaria" LTD is currently producing wood products. The company's production is mainly export-oriented (mainly to Switzerland, Austria, Germany and Belgium) and complies fully to environmental protection. Woodworking activity is divided in the following industries: 1.packaging / euro pallets; 2. Small and garden furniture and stands for flowers (rollers); 3. houses for birds. Listed proceedings are conducted in specialized units and sections (workshops and storage spaces), which in turn provided maximum efficiency of the production process. The production base of the company is positioned in the town Pleven, and the central administrative building in Sofia. All rooms are owned by "ITA Bulgaria" LTD. The company has a large machine park of more than 50 major production equipment more than 30 species. The average staff of 100 employees the company is engaged mainly in production. From the information presented shows that "ITA Bulgaria" LTD is an evolving entity that has had both on the local and international market. The company expanded its capacity, take on new orders, which necessitates the opening of new workplaces: 12 br.- Machine's operator woodworking code NCO from 8172-2005. It is envisaged that at least 50% of the employees, at least 6 people by newly appointed to be representatives of the two specific categories - Unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. and unemployed persons over the age of '54 Buying project provided equipment / assets, all employees involved in manufacturing will be able simultaneously to carry out their employment obligations, without having to wait or work alternate shifts. This will lead to an optimization of the work processes, increasing the quantity and quality of the products, as well as a faster production unit.
