New workplace

The objectives of the project are aimed at providing employment for up to 12 months on unemployed and inactive persons through newly and appropriately equipped six new jobs. Planned at least three of the employees to are members of specific categories, with lower secondary education or long-term unemployed and inactive. The objectives will be achieved through job positions for six different positions, appointing suitable for them unemployed or inactive people, providing the necessary equipment to new jobs and creating the appropriate environment. The project will solve general and specific problems of unemployed and inactive persons associated with the provision of suitable employment. Within 12 months, they will be able to apply their professional skills and competences, work experience, develop their potential and to receive adequate labor earnings. In parallel, the candidate company with the financial support of the ESF in this proceeding "New workplace" OPHRD will significantly increase its capacity by opening, technical and material certain supplies 2 times more jobs than existing 10 years and threefold increase in staff. Increasing human capital and the availability of six new workplaces will be a significant contribution to the new future of the company BOYANA-TEX through the development a new direction of its business activities. The intentions of the company are the results to be sustainable through the retention of at least 50% of new jobs for another 12 months after the expiry of subsidized employment. If the company have a financial stability, all employees with a proven professional and labor potential will be able to continue working in the company after his participation in the project.
