Stens Klima Ltd. is a dynamically developing micro enterprise specializing in the heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment. Since its creation in 2012 the company is an importer of equipment for the construction of central air conditioning systems MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES, around which is concentrated its main activity. The rapid expansion of activity inevitably create the need to increase staff and create new jobs associated with the maintenance, supply, marketing, public relations, financial analysis, human resources and administrative activities, thereby helping to maintain growth rates and expand the market position of the company. By realization of the project "New jobs in Stens Klima Ltd.", the company will allow hiring of 10 unemployed and inactive persons, 7 of which will fall in the designated priority groups and at least five of the individuals will be sustainable engaged after the implementation of project activities. The project also envisages providing of necessary introductory training on digital competences, purchase equipment and inventory for job creation, publicity activities and project management.
