Creating sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons in commercial service

The idea for the creation of new workplaces, which are the main objective of the current project, derives from the ever growing volume of workload at the Company. As a result from the implemented project BG051PO001-1.1.13 ESF-1113-01-01-18 “Creating new workplaces in the area of virtual business collaborations”, financed by the Operational programme of the European Union “Human Resources Development”, co-financed by the European Social Fund, “Agency Career” Ltd. signed a contract for the realization of services and commercial representations for companies that are renowned on the Bulgarian market. As of 01.11.2014, the Company is an official trade partner for Mobiltel EAD, showing a successful involvement in the implementation of alternative channels for sales of telecommunication services. Until now the Company has not had an opening for the position of “Phone Sales Representative”. That is why the current application envisages the opportunity for the Company to hire 10 continually unemployed and inactive people, whose aim will be to develop the telesales activities, implemented by “Agency Career” Ltd.Considering the enlarged flow of accounting documentation, it is vitally important that the Company also opens 1 position for an Accountant. All activities in the project proposal are in their core further development of the results from the BG051PO001-1.1.13 ESF-1113-01-01-18 “Creating new workplaces in the area of virtual business collaboration” project, financed by the Operational programme of the European Union “Human Resources Development”, co-financed by the European Social Fund. In the long term, the activities will influence the competitiveness of the Company in a positive way, especially by increasing the work effectiveness and by creating conditions for rational use and organization of all labour, material and financial resources. The employed will gain knowledge and experience, which will allow them to expand their opportunities for career development.
