Recruitment and qualification of personnel for a restaurant and supllying of kitchen equipment

The most important purpose of this project is to establish 18 workplaces for one year period, designed for permanently unemployed and unactive people with low levels of education and qualification who are suposed to get a course of professional qualification. To get it all done buying kitchen equipment is intended it would be used by the new employees recruited for this project. The following activities are provided by the managing unit: 1. Organization and management of the project, recruitment of personnel - Establishment of managing unit - Organizing and rules of controlling, coordination, self evaluation and analisis of the project activities - Coordination to the Managing Authority - Recruitment campaign, interviews and selection of personnel 2. Buy equipment to support the new workplaces - To create procedure to choose suplier of equipment and to inform all persons of interest and the Managing Authority - To choose the optimal offer - To sign a contract for delivery, montage and run the equipment 3. Recruitment and qualification - To recruit the chosen staff - To proceed the initial instruction and induction - To create the procedure of choosing a qualification center - The training - To do the documentary needed to describe the qualification process - The qualified employees would get a certificate of qualification 4. Visualization of project - The project to get publicity - To prepare, install and spread the information carriers pointing the sources of finance for the project The result expected to be achieved by these activities is to secure ocupation for 18 representatives of the target group for 12 month in the project and to guarantee at least 9 jobs to last longer. The unemployed and unactive persons, who are this project target group, will get more chances for employment and improve professional skills and qualification. These jobs will give them confidence in their later labour market performance and better life in present days
