New opportunities at Balkan Services

This project proposal aims at supporting the decrease of youth unemployment in Bulgaria and will give stimulus to young people, aged up to 29 that are unemployed or not active in the search for work to start working for Balkan Services- company that operates in a sector that is on of the leading and most appealing in Bulgarian - Information technologies. Specific goals of the project are: - to employ 14 unemployed persons - 8 unemployed or unactive youths up to 29 years old and 6 unemployed or unactive on a permanent labour contract; - employed persons to increase their professional qualifications through a course in key competences - course in English language and a course in digital competences - how to work with specialised software - employed persons to obtain professional experience. Project's achieved results are: - 8 young persons aged up to 29 permanently employed and 6 unemployed or inactive people - additional qualification in the sphere of information technologies and business obtained. - knowledge in English language and specific software products obtained - completed work places for the newly employed, in order to comply with their job in a optimal way and to work in a comfort working environment. Main activities under the project: - selection procedure of relevant persons from the target group for employment of unemployed and not active people. - employment on labour contract of unemployed or not active people from the target group - training in key competence Digital competences. Introductory training in ERP, BI, CRM and other main IT solutions. - training in key competence Communication in foreign language - English language course - working places equipment delivery - provision of health and safety medicinal services of newly employed under the project - project management - providing for visibility and publicity of the project
