Promoting youth employment by creating new jobs in "Accounting Group BG" Ltd.

In order to meet the increased workload and achieve high quality of services provided, in pursuance of its strategic business plan that provides for expansion of the company's capacity and increase of its market share, "Accounting Group BG" Ltd. will implement this present Project which provides for the hiring of 4 (four) unemployed or inactive persons from the target groups (3 young people up to the age of 29, with completed secondary or higher education and seeking work or inactive and one unemployed or inactive person aged between 30 and 54 at the position as "Accountant" and 1 (one) "Office Manager"), providing employment and wages for a period of 12 months and the creation of appropriate conditions for the conduct of the professional obligations of the newly employed persons through equipment of four new jobs. After the completion of the implementation of the Project "Accounting Group BG" Ltd. will commit to maintain at least 2 of the jobs for a minimum period of 12 months, thus providing employment for a minimum period of 24 months. The successful realization of the project proposal will carry the most positive impact on the representatives of the target groups. As a result of the professional experience gained, the new employees will acquire new skills that will make them more adaptable to the labour market and in the long run will be beneficial for their active participation in it. The newly acquired competences and professional experience will be used by the target group even after the end of the Project. The successful implementation of the project will lead to integration of the unemployed persons on the labour market, the provision of sustainable employment, raised incomes and economic activity and their social integration, subject to the horizontal principles of the EU.
