New start

BICA CONSULT is a rapidly growing company in the field of consulting and training services. The company is one of the first consulting companies in Bulgaria covering the complete package of consulting, training, management, implementation and project reporting on various projects implemented by our clients. With the increasing diversity of the services our company needs to increase human resources in order to increase competitiveness and better to meet the needs of our clients, especially in the field of training, marketing and advertising. The proposed project 'New Start' has as a main objective to create sustainable employment for unemployed persons from vulnerable target groups and to enhance their competence, knowledge and skills. To meet this objective the following provisions and project activities are envisaged: - a selection of 12 persons from two specific target groups: long-term unemployed and/or inactive persons and young people up to 29 years old. Persons will be hired, trained in vocational training in the field of business management and administration, specialty "Administrative Services" as well as trained in key competencies - English and digital competence for work with specialized software. Each employee will be included in 12 - months subsidized employment, and after this period, at least 50 percent of the employees included in the project will be appointed on an employment contract in the company for at least 12 months. With the "New Start" will be created 12 new jobs which will be furnished and equipped. Project activities will lead to a sustainable integration in the labor market and employment of long-term unemployed and/or inactive persons and young people up to 29 years. BICA CONSULT will improve its competitiveness through the enrichment of human resources who will contribute to the growth and quality of services, to increase the amount of served clients - respectively to increase turnover and to expand the company's activities.
