"New work places and sustainable employment in Vihren Palas Ski and Spa Resort"

The purpose of project ""New work places and sustainable employment in Vihren Palas Ski and Spa Resort" is: "To create an opportunity for sustainable employement, training and professional realization for unemployed/inactive persons in hotel industry". 1.To increase the number of economically inactive 29 years old youth, up to 54 years old and permanently unemployed persons by detecting and equipment new work places in Vihren Palas hotel. 2. Ensuring a sustainable employement and possibility for realization of new-hired employees in Vihren Palas hotel. 3. Opportunities for training and professional realization of new-hired unemployed/inactive persons and 29 years old youth in hotel industry. Theese project objectives will be achieved through the following activities: Activity 1: Organazing, manegment and control of project activities. Activity 2: Publicity and visualization of project activities. Activity 3: Detecting and equipment of new work places in Vihren Palas hotel. Activity 4: The conduct of the selection and choice of 10 unemployed/inactive persons for job postions in Vihren Palas hotel. Activity 5: Provision of sustainable employement for the new-hired persons in Vihren Palas hotel. Activity 6: Conducting training in English language for the new employed persons. By the realization of theese activities will provide sustainable employment for 10 unemployed/inactive persons for 12 months in Vihren Palas hotel, Bansko in the following positions: 2 housekeepers; 2 bartenders; 2 administrators; 2 waiters and 2 bellhop / concierge. 6 of selected unemployed/inactive persons will develop key competences in English language, corresponding to 3 level (B1) according European qualification framework . Every new work place will be adapted with necessarily equipment and furnishing for the effective implementation of work for each employee.
