Sustainable jobs in MARA-DISO LTD

This project proposal draws attention to the unemployed and inactive persons in the region of Sofia and Burgas and in particular to unemployed young people under 29 years old, unemployed persons aged over 54 and unemployed persons with disabilities by focusing on sustainable integration in the labor market by creating 10 new jobs in "MARA - Diso " Ltd. for up to 12 months and provide vocational training for 10 pax by recruitments. Sofia region, the unemployment rate last year was 6.2% and for the region Burgas unemployment is 11% and unemployed youths for the same period in the country is around 20%. This shows that our target group of the project is necessary to create new jobs that will be modern. Qualification and motivation of employees in the company is an important factor for sustainable competitiveness of the company. Therefore, the availability of a workforce with specialized knowledge and skills is crucial to the economic development of both regions. The objectives pursued by the project proposal are providing sustainable jobs in the "MARA - Diso" Ltd. ", which will improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria. Achieving this goal is possible through the creation of 10 new jobs company, increasing professional education of newly appointed persons, modern equipment of new jobs. With the implementation of the project activities will achieve the following results: revealed:  - A new jobs "specialist tourism" - code 42215004 "- Bourgas Office  - A new workplace for "Specialist tourism" - code 42215004 "- Sofia office - Six new jobs Specialist "Business Consultant - code 24216007" - three office Burgas and three office Sofia. - Two new jobs for specialist "Technical Secretary -code 41202006" - one in Burgas and Sofia one. In order to ensure the new jobs will purchase new equipment - desks, chairs, computers, multifunction devices and clothing. All new employees will undergo training and training in key competencies.
