New potentiality to employment in Pilos Ltd.

The project proposal was submitted by the construction company Pilos LTD and it is aimed at achieving higher levels of employment in the company's activity, by creating 20 new jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons in the labor market and provision of an opportunity to raise their professional competencies, depending on the needs of the company in connection with the new jobs. With the implementation of planned activities in the project, the inclusion of the employees in professional training will improve the quality of the workforce and will facilitate adaptation to changing requirements in the labor market and employers; With purchase of construction equipment in accordance with job positions of employed personnel, and other activities arising from the project implementation; Insurance of the acquired on the draft equipment; Labor medicine of newly employed persons on the project (mandatory under Bulgarian law), Team for Project implementing - mandatory for the correct realization of any successful project and visualization of the project. The candidate aims ensuring the accomplishment of long term objective of the company, oriented towards improvement of the qualification and creating sustainable employment, by improving the competitiveness of the company, by performing of the complete cycle of services, for the activity which company performs. The beneficial effect of subsidized employment and the other activities described in the project, will improve the quality of the persons life, identified as a focus group in the project proposal of the candidate.
