"New work places, sustainable employment and opportunity for professional development in “STT- Impeks”LTD"

The purpose of project " New work places, sustainable employment and opportunity in “STT- Impeks”LTD" is: " To detect and equip new work places for sustainable employment, training and professional development for unemployed/inactive people in confectionery production." Specific project purposes are: 1. " To detect 5 new equiped and furnished work places for effective work by proffesion in " STT-Impeks". 2. " The main target group are unemployed/inactive young people aged up to 29q that are out of employment or education extended period of time". 3. " To create an opportunity for training and professional qualification for the hired persons." The main activities are set out in this project and will contribute for achieving the purposes are: Activity 1: Organization, management and control of project activities. Activity 2: Providing publicity and visualization of project activities. Activity 3: Providing a equipment and furnishing for the new work places. Activity 4: Selection of five unemployed persons for the new work places in STT-Impeks. Activity 5: Providing a sustainable employment for the trained hired persons in STT-Impeks. Activity 6: Training for acquiring professional qualification in "Production of confectionery" for two of the hired persons. Through the realization of these activities and achieving the purposes, 5 unemployed persons will get a sustainable job for minimum 12 months in Plovdiv. The positions which they will take are: 2 master bakers; 2 sales representatives; 1 sales consultant. For new work places will be provided the necessary new equipment and furniture for more effective implementation of work. The main target group are unemployed / inactive and/ or young people under 29. who are out of employment or education extended period of time.
