Sustainable jobs in AHINORA SC

This project proposal draws attention to the unemployed in Razgrad, Isperih municipality, in particular the unemployed people under 29 years old, unemployed persons aged over 54, unemployed between 29 and 54 years old and unemployed persons with disabilities by focusing on sustainable integration the labor market through the creation of 17 new jobs "Ahinora AD" for up to 12 months. For Isperih municipality, the unemployment rate for last year was over 18%, and the unemployed youth in the same period in the country is around 20%. . The motivation of employees in the company is an important factor for sustainable competitiveness of the company. The objectives pursued by the project proposal are providing sustainable jobs in the "Ahinora AD", which will improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria. Achieving this goal is possible through creation of 17 new jobs in the company and modern equipment of new jobs. With the implementation of the project activities will achieve the following results: revealed:  - A new workplace for office: 2011 NCO code: 31193025 "Technologist clothing"  - Four new jobs for office: 2011 NCO code: 75322002 "Kroiach textiles" - 12 new jobs Specialist code NCO 2011: 75,311,003 "Tailor men's and women's clothing" All workers will be employed in the factory of the company located in the town Isperih. In order to cover new jobs will purchase new equipment.
