Improving the Access to Employment and Creating New Jobs in VITO-95 Ltd

The project implementation in compliance with priority 1 of the operative program human resource development “Improving the access to employment” will ensure the creation of 26 steady jobs for unemployed people. Main activities of the project: 1. Organization and management 2 .Employing people in VITO-95 Ltd. according to procedure BG05M9OP001-1.003 “NEW WORKPLACE 2015” with remuneration in the amount of the minimum insurable earnings and any outstanding contributions by employers in accordance with the requirements of the Bulgarian labour and social security law for a period of 12 months . Target group of the project: unemployed people of whom 26 are divided into special categories -unemployed young people up to the age of 29 -10 people -unemployed people with low levels of educational attainment (below isced 3)- 10 people -unemployed people that are above the age of 54 – 6people 3 .External services for providing professional training for acquiring a first or a second level qualification degree of the already employed people. The aim of the project is 26 (100%) of the employed people to receive a professional training for acquiring a qualification degree. The training will take place at a Vocational Training Center licensed by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training. 4. Purchase pf personal protective equipment, working clothing, equipment, furniture and fixed assets for creating new jobs in VITO-95 Ltd. 5. Insuring the acquired furniture, equipment and inventory 6.
