Providing employment of unemployed and inactive people, by hiring them in "DRUZHESTVO ZA INVESTITSII I KONTROL" LTD

"Druzhestvo za investitsii i kontrol" LTD was founded in 2001. The company's main statistical economic code is "68.32 Real estates management". The first company's activity is building restaurants in Burgas and renting them. In 2012 the company signs its first contract with the concessionaire of Burgas beach and builds four restaurants - beer house "Sea sounds", beer house "Samba", beer house "Sevastopol" and discotheque "Pillow". After renting the restaurants, the company continues to maintain them. Besides building and managing its projects, at the end of 2014 "Druzhestvo za investitsii i kontrol" LTD is running restaurant "Bansko" in Burgas. In order expanding the company's business and increasing customer's number, "Druzhestvo za investitsii i kontrol" LTD is applying for opening new jobs. Project proposal's purposes are: providing employment for 11 people from the procedure's target group - unemployed and inactive people for 12 months; providing conditions of work for the newly hired people, by purchasing the needed for their work assets and working clothes; increasing the staff's average number, which will contribute the faster and quality customer service; achieving sustainable employment by keeping at least 50% of the new jobs for at least 12 months after project's completion. This purposes will be achieved by implementing the following activities: 1. Hiring unemployed and inactive people for 12 months 2. Purchasing equipment, furniture and working clothes for the new jobs 3. Project organization and management activities 4. Project information and publicity activities The implementation of the fore mentioned activities will guarantee achieving the project's purposes.
