Creating new steady jobs in ELit Montaj LTD will stimulate the employment in the area.

The project implementation in compliance with priority 1 of the operative program human resource development “Improving the access to employment” will ensure the creation of 22 steady jobs for unemployed people. Main activities of the project: 1. Organization and management 2. Employing people in Elitmontaj Ltd. according to procedure BG05M9OP001-1.003 “NEW WORKPLACE 2015” with remuneration in the amount of the minimum insurable earnings and any outstanding contributions by employers in accordance with the requirements of the Bulgarian labour and social security law for a period of 12 months for the following positions: - Machine operator (72232019) - (1 person); - Mechanic, maintenance of installations and equipment (72332030) - (1 person) - Painter, steel structures (71321001) - (1 person); - Welder (72121001) - (11 people) - Assembler (93290008) - (8 people). 3. External services for providing professional training for acquiring a first or a second level qualification degree of the already employed people 4. Purchase of equipment, furniture and fixed assets in order to create new jobs in Eit Montaj Ltd. 5. Ensuring publicity The aim of the project is 14 of the employed people to receive a professional training for acquiring a qualification degree. The training will take place at a Vocational Training Center licensed by the national agency for vocational education and training.
