Creating new jobs and new opportunity for professional development and in the field of accounting and audit activity

The Project Proposal is aimed at creating new sustainable jobs in the field of accounting and audit activity. Through the provided incentives under the procedure "New Workplace 2015" OPHRD, the applicant will provide better employment opportunities for the unemployed and inactive persons, will provide modernly equipped jobs. It is planned to be opened 6 jobs for the unemployed and / or inactive persons for inclusion in quality employment and realization. Individuals will be part of the following specific categories of the labor market: - unemployed young people under 29 years of age; - unemployed persons aged over 54 years; - unemployed persons with low level of education; - long-term unemployed and inactive persons in the labor market. In the Project initiatives shall be implemented the following activities: 1. Visualization, information and publicity; 2. Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive persons and provision of employment; 3. Purchase of equipment for the new jobs; 4. Organization and project management. The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities and preventing any discrimination against different groups of people caught up in risk groups in the labor market to improve the access to employment, reducing social exclusion and combating poverty. The project activities focus on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market . The main goal of the Project Proposal is aimed at providing sustainable employment, provision of income, reduction and prevention of unemployment, social exclusion and improving the adaptability of individuals falling at risk in the labor market, employment will be provided for 6 persons for a period of 12 months and maintain the employment for a period of 12 months of at least 4 of them. The Project addresses intentions for initiatives, in the context of the scheduled objectives and priorities of HRDOP 2014 -2020 in the field of employment.
