Development of real estate services through providing new employment in DBS Ltd.

The current proposal is aimed at opening of second office of a company with tradition and experience in the provided services through opening of new positions and upgrading the already existent real estate business. Apart from long term employment, DBS will provide language and digital training, as well as training in the field of real estate. Training will be provided to the majority of the new employees: unemployed or inactive on the labor market youngsters up to 29 years old, unemployed or inactive on the labor market disabled person and unemployed or inactive on the labor market 30-54 years old person. DBS is specializing in the field of real estate services. Since 2006, the company is directly involved in real estate sale-trade, letting and complete project management. Aimed at expanding its activities, DBS will establish new office in Varna, Bulgaria by opening 10 positions to unemployed or inactive on the labor market individuals. The following positions will be offered to candidates up to 29 years old: • Real estate broker – 6 positions; • Office manager - 1 position; • Coordinator – 2 positions. One of the coordinators position will be offered to a person with disabilities. Additionally, DBS will offer a driver position to an individual between 30 and 54 years old. The necessary equipment for the new positions will also be included in the project. Professional courses will be provided to the new candidates, including professional training in the relevant field, “Communication in a foreign language” and “Digital competence”.
