Together to success - creating new jobs in "VOYAGE" Ltd.

In order to meet the increased workload and achieve high quality of services provided, in pursuance of its strategic business plan that provides for expansion of the company's capacity and increase of its market share, "Voyage" Ltd. will implement this present Project which provides for the hiring of 6 (six) unemployed or inactive persons from the target groups (4 young people up to the age of 29, with completed secondary or higher education and seeking work or inactive and 2 unemployed or inactive person aged between 30 and 54) at the position as 'Travel agency/office official' and 'Marketing and advertising specialist', providing employment and wages for a period of 12 months and the creation of appropriate conditions for the conduct of the professional obligations of the newly employed persons through equipment of six new jobs. After the completion of the implementation of the Project 'Voyage' Ltd will commit to maintain at least 3 of the jobs for a minimum period of 12 months, thus providing employment for a minimum period of 24 months. Successful realization of the project proposal will carry the most positive impact on the representatives of the target group. As a result of the professional experience gained, the new employees will acquire new skills that will make them more adaptable to the labour market and in the long run will be beneficial for their active participation in it. The acquired competences and professional experience will be used by the target group even after the end of the Project. The successful implementation of the project will lead to integration of the on the unemployed persons labour market, the provision of stable employment, raised incomes and business activities and their social integration, subject to the horizontal principles of the EU.
