Successful integration of young dental professionals by creating new jobs in "Megadent" LD Ltd.

In 2014 "Megadent" LD Ltd. registered a significant increase in the workload and the number of customers that reflected in the registered profit that exceeds that of the previous year by more than one hundred percent. To meet the increased volume of work and to prereserve the high quality of the provided medical services, implementing its strategic business objectives and in full consonance with the objectives of OPHRD, "Megadent" LD Ltd. will implement this present project which provides for the hiring of 5 unemployed or inactive persons from the target group of young persons up to the age of 29, with master degree , job seekers or inactive persons for the position of "Dentist", the provision of employment and wages for a period of 12 months and the creation of appropriate conditions for the conduct of the professional obligations of these newly employed persons through equipping 5 new job places. After the completion of the implementation of the Project "Megadent" LD Ltd will take over the commitment to keep 3 jobs for a minimum period of 12 months, thus providing employment for a minimum period of 24 months. The successful realization of the project proposal will carry a whole positive impact on the target group representatives. As a result of the professional experience, which they will receive, the new employees will acquire new skills that will make them more adaptable to the labour market and will be beneficial for their active participation in it. The implementation of the project proposal will lead to the provision of stable employment, raised incomes and economic activity and social integration.
