New jobs and quality employment in the field of interior design and trade furniture

The Project Proposal generates ideas and mechanisms for the creation of 4 new jobs and provides quality and sustainable employment in the field of interior design and trade furniture. The Projectaddresses intentions for initiatives, in the context of the scheduled objectives and priorities of HRDOP 2014 -2020. The Project idea is aimed at creating employment for the unemployed and / or inactive persons on the labor market, providing them with sustainable employment , income and modern equipment associated with new jobs. Main activities provided in the Project Proposal are: 1. Organization and project management; 2.Information and Publicity; 3.Hiring unemployed and / or inactive persons and providing employment; 4.Selection of external contractors and supply of equipment , furniture, DNA and furniture related to the creation of new jobs; The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities for different groups of people in the labor market, for their inclusion in a quality and sustainable employment and promote social inclusion. Will be created sustainable jobs and provide quality employment to 4 persons, representatives of the target group of unemployed and / or inactive in the following specific categories of the labor market: - Unemployed youths up to age 29; - Long-term unemployedand inactive persons. The main objective of the Project Proposal is to provide employment, income, active inclusion and sustainable integration of 4 newly hired under the project persons for a period of 12 months and to maintain employment for at least another 12 months of at least 50% of them. The Project Proposal is also aimed at reducing and preventing unemployment, social exclusion, poverty and improving the adaptability of individuals falling into risk on the labor market. The implementation of the Project initiative will increase the competitiveness of unemployed and inactive people to the conditions on the labor market.
